March Lunch & Learn

Join us for our monthly AZCSN Lunch and Learn. This event is open to all church leadership and safety / security team members. 

Verbal De-escalation techniques are used when a person is becoming disruptive in an inappropriate location and time. This could be during a church service, in a classroom, an office or other non-church-related locations. 

You will learn how to identify warning signs that can lead to a crisis incident. Assess risk and use verbal techniques to defuse situations before they become violent. Use disengagement skills to avoid or minimize injury and keep yourself, your congregation and others safe.
