This course is designed to train and equip those involved in church security to treat and manage traumatic injuries prior to first responder and law enforcement arrival.  It is designed in the context immediately following a critical incident with either single or multiple casualties with a potential active threat still present.  This course provides simplifies critical decision making and treatment skills in that dynamic environment that includes triage, treatment, and patient movement. It requires no medical training or knowledge other than the course requirements listed below.

The course requirements are prior completion of the Stop-the-Bleed Program as well as Arizona Armed Security Guard coursework.  It is a two-day course. Day one is classroom and practical application.  Day two is a range event with continuing application of the principles learned during day one. Moderate physical activity is part of the course and it requires that participants are physically fit.

Students are encouraged to bring their IFAKs if they have one.
